Industrial Workmanship

tables and workbenches for industrial use

5,000 Pound Capacity...

We have seen that many work bench companies claim weight limits ranging from 500-1500 pounds. We do not feel that is strong enough, so we use a special corner fastening system, plus extensive welding to make sure that a 5,000 pound load will not damage our work bench.

Industrial Grade Table Tops...

Work bench table top materials use heavy industrial grade 45-pound, 1-1/8 thick solid particle board for the core material. This is the heaviest grade in the industry! In addition, all five sides plus the bottom are sealed, making the table top water tight, and eliminates the possibility of moisture which can cause warping of the table top. For your ergonomic comfort and safety, we use 180° radius front corner edges on all table models at no extra charge.

16-Gauge Steel Drawers...

The work benches drawers are made from heavy 16-gauge steel. There are full extension drawer glides with hardened and chrome plated steel ball bearings riveted to them for long life and durability. The work bench drawers have tough chrome plated locks.

Heavy Duty Leg Assembly...

leg assembly

The unique high strength corner assembly system insures work bench frames will never become loose or wobbly. Rather than channels or angles of steel, our bench uses square tube for structural integrity. This is especially important for the apron, because a weak apron frame can allow the legs to bend underneath the work bench.

Fewer Bolts and Twice as Heavy...

We use fewer bolts because of the innovative design. The bolts we do use are twice as heavy as most of those used on other brands of tables and work benches. Plus, each bolt goes through a guide hole to make it impossible to cross thread the bolt or the hole.

Easy to Assemble in Minutes...

These work benches are the easiest to assemble also. Many competitors tables supply you with an ten page assembly manual and a huge bag of assorted nuts, bolts, and fasteners. Our work benches go together with only two bolts per leg. That is because of the pre-assembled apron design that goes around the bottom of the top and the leg assemblies through the welded section and then pre-assembles the top to the apron.

Strength in Size...

Typically you would think the longer the table, the weaker the table would be. To keep with our high quality standards and load capacities, we developed our eight foot long benches to have 66% more steel in the benches understructure while the ten foot long benches have 207% more steel in the understructure. However, we really recommend an added foot rest for increased stability on both the 8 foot and 10 foot long benches.
